She has held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Ralph Lauren, where she led global sourcing, product, and supply chain initiatives across complex, international operations.

As CEO of Mile One and co-founder of the apparel brand Public Habit, Sydney has built and implemented next-generation manufacturing and supply chain models—including on-demand production and tech-enabled operations—that reduce waste, increase speed to market, and strengthen resilience. Known for her collaborative leadership style and systems-thinking approach, Sydney works at the intersection of manufacturing innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence to drive meaningful change across global supply chains.

She is currently the VP of Commercialization and Strategy at Fillogic, a circular logistics company specializing in inventory optimization and reverse logistics in order to unlock circular business models.
