“As Program Manager Training Innovation, I'm delving into the world of innovation, steering away from traditional training and development. It aligns with the future of manufacturing – Industry 4.0." 
 
Cassie's trajectory began as a sewing machine operator, evolving through roles such as lead instructor and training developer. Her latest promotion reflects a shift towards advanced industry initiatives, particularly focusing on Industry 4.0 and cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. 
 
"Working alongside Alex (Innovation Manager), I see our roles as complementary – he handles hardware and research, while I focus on training development and organization. Together, we contribute to the growth and evolution of ISAIC." 
 
Her journey from sewing machine operator to Program Manager is a testament to her dedication and expertise. Cassie's promotion timeline showcases her rapid ascent, marked by roles like lead instructor and training developer. 
 
"In my previous role, I concentrated on custom training and production needs, catering to various manufacturing partners across the United States. Now, with a focus on Industry 4.0, my role expands into the realm of product development." 
 
Cassie embraces the change, finding excitement in her evolving responsibilities. 
 
"I never anticipated being here, but now I'm eager to explore leadership in this industry. I'm particularly thrilled about supporting the Entrepreneur Innovation Hub. It's a personal goal, and I believe we're on the cusp of something great for Detroit." 
 
The Entrepreneur Innovation Hub aims to facilitate small batch manufacturing, bridging the gap for entrepreneurs. Cassie envisions leveraging ISAIC's technology, like the laser cutter, to empower local businesses. 
 
Reflecting on her journey, Cassie expresses gratitude for the recognition and investment in her growth. She sees herself as a natural caregiver, always inclined to help others, a quality that hasn't gone unnoticed within ISAIC. 
 
"Being promoted multiple times within a short period makes me feel valued and invested in. It's a journey of learning and becoming a leader in this industry.”
