Cal McNeil oversees all supply chain and manufacturing programming including the Fashion Manufacturing Initiative (FMI), as well as the day-to-day operations of all sustainability programming at the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to strengthening American fashion designers in the global economy. He has previously worked for companies such as womenswear and accessories brand Altuzarra and leading fashion online publication Style.com (now Vogue Runway), building a diverse set of knowledge and skills needed to understand the breadth of the fashion industry. McNeil  currently sits on the Fashion Accessory Design Advisory Board at the College of Creative Studies, as well as the Museum of the City of New York.
